Each Timelle box is individually created based on your shared preferences, stories, and questionnaire responses.

b. Orders & Payments

All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
Payment is processed securely through Squarespace Commerce, Stripe, or PayPal.
Timelle does not store your full payment information.

c. Subscriptions

Timelle offers flexible subscriptions, including the First Light Experience, 6-month, and 12-month journeys.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
You may manage or cancel your plan at any time through your account or by emailing us at support@timelle.store.

d. Personalization

Each Timelle creation is personalized for you using your responses to our forms or journal.
By providing this information, you consent to our use of it for creative personalization only.

e. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Because every piece is curated or handmade, please allow 2–3 weeks for preparation and delivery.
Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

Customs or import duties (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

f. Returns & Refunds

Each Timelle box is bespoke and created for you personally.
As such, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once curation has begun.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for review.

g. Cancellations

Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Once an order has entered curation, cancellations are not possible.
