We don’t deliver on a fixed schedule.
Each box is sent on the meaningful moments you share with us — birthdays, milestones, personal breakthroughs, or quiet reflections from your Journal.

Some months may bring one delivery, others two or more.
We don’t count months; we count treasured moments.

3. What will I receive inside my Timelle box

5. I don’t have pierced ears / I don’t wear certain jewelry. Can I let you know?

Absolutely. You can note what you don’t want to receive — such as earrings, certain materials, or colors.
We’ll always design your box with full respect for your comfort and taste.

6. Can I send Timelle as a gift to someone else?

Yes — and it’s one of the most meaningful ways to celebrate someone’s journey.
You can gift a subscription or a single “Future Self” box, beautifully wrapped and handwritten from your heart.

7. What is the Circle of Light program?

When you renew your subscription, you’ll receive an invitation to join our Circle of Light.
This program allows you to return one of your earlier Timelle pieces and share your story of growth.
We pass these gifts and messages on to young women in need — so your light continues to travel where it’s most needed.

8. Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes. You can pause or cancel anytime before your next billing date.
Any deliveries tied to upcoming special dates will still be honored.

9. Where do you ship?

We currently serve clients across the United States and Europe, where most of our Timelle journeys begin.
However, we welcome women from all over the world — and we’re happy to arrange international delivery wherever your story unfolds.

Each parcel is fully tracked and arrives in Timelle’s signature gift packaging, designed to protect both the jewelry and the moment it carries.
