🌿 1. Shipping Information

a. Worldwide Delivery

Each Timelle box is a curated experience — created individually to reflect your story, your season of life, and your unique light.
Because every piece is either hand-selected or made to order, please allow 2–3 weeks for preparation, craftsmanship, and delivery.
This ensures we find or create the right piece that truly represents you.

You will receive an email once your box has shipped, including tracking details where available.

b. Shipping Fees

All subscription prices include standard worldwide shipping.
Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your region.

c. Customs & Import Duties

For customers outside the United Kingdom, local customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These fees are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the customer.

d. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your box is delayed or appears lost, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@timelle.store.
We will work with our delivery partners to locate or replace your order.

💎 2. Returns & Refunds

Each Timelle creation is personalized and symbolic — crafted specifically for you based on your journal, preferences, and profile.
Because of this bespoke nature, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once curation has begun.

However, we care deeply about your satisfaction.
If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

🌸 3. Subscription Adjustments

a. Pause or Cancel

You may pause or cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle via your account or by emailing us directly.

b. First Light Experience

The First Light one-month box is a one-time, handcrafted experience.
Personalization begins immediately after confirmation; therefore, cancellations or refunds are not available once the order is placed.

c. Continued Subscriptions

6-month and 12-month plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Reminders will be sent prior to renewal for your convenience.

🕯 4. Damaged or Lost Packages

We handle every box with great care.
If damage occurs during shipping:

  1. Photograph the packaging and contents immediately.

  2. Email hello@timelle.store within 7 days of delivery.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund credit after verification.

🌙 5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

🪞 6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges, as each piece is unique to you.
If you wish to evolve your style or preferences, we’ll gladly take it into account for your next Timelle box.
